We and the firm who deals with you will treat your details in the strictest of confidence which will not be passed to any third party other than those that may be able to offer relevant advice and service.



We hope you will be completely satisfied with the service offered. However, in the event you are not happy we want to know.

In the first instance please address your complaint in writing with the person handling your claim. In the event you do not feel the complaint has been resolved to your satisfaction please email your complaint to our Director M. Iqbal at enquiries@globalclaimslimited.com or by post to 11 Springwood Avenue, Huddersfield HD1 4BG, who will contact you in an effort to resolve matters.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3-5 working days. Within 28 days we hope to have resolved your complaint by responding to you in writing. If you remain unsatisfied at this stage we will review our decision and confirm the outcome within 10 days.

If we uphold your complaint we will decide what remedy is appropriate. We will provide fair compensation for any acts or omissions for which we are responsible. Please note our remedy will not always involve financial compensation.
